PURCHASING FROM US
ONLINE- As we are a resale dress agency the items are preloved, therefore may have signs of wear. We try to photograph and describe each item as best we can. In each items description we will note its condition and point our any flaws or missing pieces. All items are cleaned accordingly and checked over before going on sale. If you require any more information on our items please contact us we will be more than happy to assist.
IN-STORE- When purchases are made from us in-store, all items are sold as seen and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final.
SELLING WITH US
You are welcome to bring your designer items into us to sell on, it is at our digression on whether we take the items in for resale. You can either bring the items into us to take a look at, alternatively you can email pictures to ramsbottomdressingroom@outlook.com. We operate on a 50/50 split minus VAT basis once items have sold. All items must be appropriately cleaned before bringing in for resale.
SHIPPING
We aim to deliver your order in the shortest possible time. UK and overseas orders will be sent via Royal Main or alternative courier. Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any customs duties or taxes. Postage and packaging prices will be outlined at checkout. Shipping payments can be made by credit/debit card or PayPal, this payment will be taken in full at time of ordering. We will keep your personal details private and confidential.
RETURNS
INSTORE- All items purchased in-store are sold as seen and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
ONLINE- As part of our commitment to reduce our carbon footprint, our return instructions are paper free. This benefits us, our people and our planet. All returns will need to be sent to the following address:

We recommend that you send any returns to us using a courier who can issue you with a certificate of postage. All items are still your responsibility until they are received back to us. Items must be returned to us in appropriate packaging in order to ensure no damage occurs during transit. You have 14 days after receiving your item to notify us if you wish to return it, you then have another 14 days in which to return it. The items must be un-worn, un-used and in the same condition as they were sent out; all labels and tickets must still be attached in order to qualify for a refund. Refunds are usually processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back, and after one of our team have checked the item over. If the item passes inspection, we will then refund you by the same method as the original payment was made. Some items are exempt for return. This includes gift vouchers pierced earrings, swimwear and lingerie. This list is not exhaustive. As we are a resale business, some items may have been worn before and therefore have slight wear.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Once a gift voucher has been issued, the voucher becomes the customers property. Gift vouchers are non refundable and have the validity of 12 months from the time of purchase. The expiration date will be noted on the gift voucher.
PRIVACY POLICY
The Dressing Room are committed to protecting your privacy. If you have made a purchase on our website or subscribed to our newsletter, you may receive marketing and communications from us. In each email you will have the chance to unsubscribe. Any personal information that you share with us will be treated with total confidentiality. In accordance with data protection we will only use your personal data for the purpose of which they were requested, whether supplied by email, phone or in writing. We do not store any credit/ debit card details on computer systems, nor do we share with any third parties.
